Only on one server, we still have a temporary network-level firewall blocks, which are currently causing the access issue you are experiencing. Specifically, access to the following cPanel-related ports has been restricted:
WHM: 2086 / 2087
cPanel: 2082 / 2083
Webmail: 2095 / 2096
Web Disk: 2077 / 2078
We can assure you though that we are almost there in reverting back to normal.

Following cPanel announcement of a detected vulnerability, we have implemented a temporary network-level firewall blocks, which are currently causing the access issue you are experiencing. Specifically, access to the following cPanel-related ports has been restricted:
WHM: 2086 / 2087
cPanel: 2082 / 2083
Webmail: 2095 / 2096
Web Disk: 2077 / 2078
However, you can still access your cpanel via our client area https://my.zeecom.co.ls
The cPanel team has released patches to address this vulnerability, and we are actively working on applying them across all affected systems to mitigate any potential risk. Once the patch is successfully applied, we will:
Remove the network-level firewall blocks
Re-enable the cPanel service (cpsrvd)
CURRENTLY, WEBMAIL IS STILL NOT ACCESSIBLE, BUT YOU CAN STILL ACCESS EMAIL USING OUTLOOK OR OTHER EMAIL CLIENTS LIKE THUNDERBIRD ETC.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure your environment remains secure.

We were made aware of a possible authentication vulnerability with the cPanel control panel system which was responsibly disclosed to cPanel and on their advice we have blocked access to cPanel and WHM on all managed systems while they release an update. This has taken the cPanel interface offline intentionally while a patch is released.
We expect to be back online within a couple of hours. Apologies for the inconvenience, but your security is our top priority. Your website, emails and other services are not affected.
